One of my favourite postures is Trikonasana.
Here is all the benefits:
A deep stretch for the hamstrings, groins, and hips, Trikonasana also opens the chest and shoulders.
It helps relieve lower back pain, stress, and sluggish digestion. This pose strengthens the muscles in the thighs, hips, and back, while toning the knees and ankles.
Remember there is all straight lines in triangle. It’s best practiced in front of a mirror to see your alignment.
