Are you ready to take your yoga practice to the next level?
Some of you have been attending our new Bikram Yoga Workshops. These workshops are a great opportunity to take your practice to the next level. You will learn the basics of the 26 postures and the reasons why Bikram Yoga is so beneficial to your health and well-being. With demonstrations and adjustments by Belinda (who trained overseas with Bikram himself!) to improve your technique.
