What’s your favourite Asana pose?
It is a multi-facet pose. It can be a resting pose but at the same time a strength building pose. This pose teaches me that basic fundamentals are always the most important in everything that we do and we should always go back to basics.
How would you describe your teaching style.
Flavourful. Expect a little zest in my class.
What got you into yoga?
It was the only "activity" that I do aside from working as I'm more of a couch potato. This eventually turned into a hobby then passion. An extremely bad neck from long working hours then lead to me seeking yoga as a therapy for healing. This eventually turned my passion to a career (always an ambassador of yoga and its benefits).
