Vanessa Is Joining The Team!
As some you know, Vanessa filled in for us recently when Connie couldn't run her classes.
It was a great fit! Vanessa loved the studio and the students really enjoyed her class, so we are excited to announce that as of Wednesday Jan 3rd 2019, Vanessa will be joining is for one class per week:
Yin Yoga (non-heated)
Some of the many benefits of Yin Yoga:
Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between themuscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body's flow of energy.
