Join Karen Lo for a Roll ~ Release ~ Restore,
Fascia Release and Tennis Ball Self Massage Workshop.
This practical workshop will leave you feeling restored both physically and mentally! You will learn about fascia, the role it plays within the body and a variety of fascia release techniques. We will use tennis balls and other props to work into all of your tight spots, releasing the fascia and getting you moving freely again.
In addition to the physical benefits, fascia release has a calming effect on the central nervous system which will leave you feeling calm and centred for the week ahead.
If you have your own massage or trigger point balls feel free to bring them along! Don’t worry if you don’t have any we will have plenty on the day!
This workshop is perfect for everyone, it does not matter if you are a seasoned Yogi or never tried Yoga before, Perhaps you are an Athlete that needs to give your body a little extra love for a big event coming up! This is perfect for anybody!
PLEASE BRING: A sock and 2 tennis balls
Places are limited, so bookings are absolutely essential for this awesome workshop.
NOTE: We have chosen this timeslot so that attendees can go straight to the YinYoga class at 4:30pm, doing these two classes together is a perfect combination!
